Salmon Fillets with Asparagus Patè and Seeds Crust

Do you like salmon fillets?

It is one of my favourite dishes!  Not only for the exceptional nutritional value that can provide including omega-3,  fatty acids and selenium.  But also because the meat of salmon is so tender and soft.

Salmon can be cooked in many different ways: grilled, fried, steamed… but my favourite one is baked in the oven!

Take note of these yummy suggestions to make your salmon absolutely delicious in just a few steps!

For this recipe, we will combine the salmon with asparagus, using our delicious Asparagus Patè. To add some crunchiness we will garnish our dish with nuts and sesame seeds!

Sometimes children can refuse to eat fish or veggies. But believe me! They will love this nourishing meal!

Let´s get it started!
