- 50g Grated Parmesan
- 50g Butter
- 1 Jar of Grandmother’s Recipe Artichokes

In the meanwhile, mince finely the parsley.
Let the potatoes cool down for a while and then mash it.

Stir all together. If the mixture is too hard, dilute it with a little bit of milk.
Fill a pastry bag with the dough. Cover a baking tin with baking paper.
On the tin, create your nests. Begin with the base, making a full circle with the mixture. Then, create the edges with two potatoes rings.
Bake the nests in the oven for around 10-15 minutes at 190°C.
While baking, dice the artichokes and the cheese.
Fill the baked nests with the artichokes, the cheese and the bacon. At the end sprinkle a bit of grated parmesan on top.
Bake them for further 10 minutes.
All done! Delicious!
