Potatoes Nets with Artichokes, Bacon and Cheese

 

There are so many ways to cook potatoes but here is an innovative idea to will amaze your guests with a delicious, quick and easy recipe. Give to your table a creative look and a boost of taste!

 

For my recipe, I used a delicious Jar of Grandmother’s Recipe Artichokes. The high levels of antioxidants make these dish a healthy and nutritious one. These artichokes are suitable for adding to salads, incorporating into casseroles and eating plain. Try it!

Potatoes Nests with Artichokes, Bacon and Cheese

Ingredients:

 

Ingredients

Boil the potatoes for 20-30 minutes, until tender.

In the meanwhile, mince finely the parsley.

Mince the parsley

Let the potatoes cool down for a while and then mash it.

Mash the potatoes

Mix the mashed potatoes with the egg, minced parsley, butter, grated parmesan, salt and pepper.

Stir all together. If the mixture is too hard, dilute it with a little bit of milk.

Make the mashed potatoes dough

Fill a pastry bag with the dough. Cover a baking tin with baking paper.

On the tin, create your nests. Begin with the base, making a full circle with the mixture. Then, create the edges with two potatoes rings.

Bake the nests in the oven for around 10-15 minutes at 190°C.

While baking, dice the artichokes and the cheese.

Prepare the artichokes and the cheese

Fill the baked nests with the artichokes, the cheese and the bacon. At the end sprinkle a bit of grated parmesan on top.
